  1. Cubital tunnel syndrome

Cubital tunnel syndrome

  • Ulnar nerve entrapment at elbow joint
  • That involves pressure or stretching of the ulnar nerve (also known as funny bone nerve)
  • It causes numbness or tingling in the ring and small fingers and pain in the forearm
  1. Olecranon Bursitis

  • Characterized by swelling, redness, and pain at tip of the elbow
  • It is inflammation of fluid-filled sac between skin and olecranon
  1. Golfer’s elbow (medial epicondylitis) 

  • It occur due to overuse of tendon attached to the medial epicondyle (little leaguer’s elbow)
  • It is tendinosis of medial epicondyle
  1. osteochondritis dissecans

  • crack form in the articular cartilage and the underlying subchondral bone
  • it occur due to lack of blood supply
  1. Repetitive motion disorder

  • It occur due to repetitive movement , weight lifting and overuse
  1. Tennis elbow

  • Tendinosis of lateral epicondyle
  • Inflammation of tendon attach to lateral epicondyle
  1. Nursemaid’s elbow

  • It is common injury of early childhood
  • It is also called pulled elbow because it occurs when a child’s elbow pulled and partially dislocated medially (radial head subluxation)
